This is the Chinese text of the video.

English translation

This is the revised version after comparing Google Translate's translation text and the professor's suggestion.

Narrator: Lishan Tea is an advanced craft for farmers,

and it’s really difficult to do it well.

Narrator: Chen Mengzhi, the local farmer who grew up in Lishan, is the best person who knows how hard it is to make good tea.

Chen: I work in the environment of virgin forests and grow together with tea trees. Sometimes I see the insects and grounds, thinking about what flavor of the tea we are going to make for everyone to taste in the next season.

Narrator: Saying it easy, but when Chen Mengzhi returned to his own tea farm to cultivate six years ago, a season of spring tea almost defeated him.

Chen: In the beginning, when I started to get familiar with this job, I used the way of a computer engineer to do management and production. Only in the production process did I realize that this wasn’t just as simple as computer engineering.

Narrator: As a computer engineer before, he can calculate everything but not the nature. The advantage of the high-altitude tea area becomes a disadvantage.

Chen: The temperature on the high mountains at a sea level above 2,000 meters is extremely different between morning and  night. During the production process, you will find yourself being affected by the weather.

Narrator: Lishan is pleasant not only with the mountains and tea, but also with better tea-making craftsmanship.

Chen: The color of the tea, yellow gloss radiating from the green liquid, represents the high-altitude aroma and aftertaste of Lishan tea. If the color looks too green, people will only get the aroma without the aftertaste; of course, it often causes some people to have stomach discomfort.

Narrator: Combining good tea and outstanding craftsmanship, Chen’s Lishan tea is really blossoming and bearing fruit. His tea has won numerous awards in Taiwan, and has also won the Belgian iTQi three-star certified crystal trophies for three consecutive years.

Chen: I grew up in Lishan and I want to make the tea good enough for the world to recognize Lishan, and recognize Taiwan. I will be satisfied if I can really make it.
